The items in red I would consider abuse, the rest are part of the game.  Complaining about someone killing you or committing a crime in AoT is like complaining about someone stealing your flag in CTF.

THC just does what is necessary to get money.  Stealing and killing are the best quickest ways to do it without breaking game rules.  But he does that too.

Yes but you need to take that up with badspot.  Since he's the only one who has teh power to ban people.

Many people have. And he hasn't done anything yet. He could at least set a few more of THC's accounts to autoban the next person who logs into it. Then maybe have it lock the account so he can't keep tricking people into getting themselves banned by logging on to them.
