The only "free" PS3 things are those ad sites where you gain $0.048 for every form you fill for viagra trials. Even though they are free they take at least months to earn that money. You're better off asking for it for Christmas.

I'm trying to see how much it will cost for a PS3, an extra controller(for my sister) a charger, an intercooler(just to be safe). But I don't know if I can use this to chat in games and stuff. Can I?
