I downloaded Steam onto my other PC, and I'm currently installing my games. Will my games have the memory they had on my other PC? (Example: Tf2 weapons, Portal level)

If you have steam, and you go to a friends house who has steam, login and you will have your stuff.

Nope. One won't work, it will say that the account is in use, and you can't access it.
