You should do gymnastics first to build strength and skill

I learned how to do parkour off off youtube. It tought me the tips a tricks to fence vaulting, wall-runs, flips and tucks, and style.

Parkour is really fun. Especially when your playing parkour tag, or just showing off to friends. I can't do anything crazy but simple vaults, tucks, jumps, and climbing. Pro Tip: Don't doubt yourself, just take a deep breath then do it.

He lives in my area. In one of his videos, he is at Westminister mall, which is only like 5 miles from my house
