Here's something I had in mind for next year's HQ:
The stairwell. Both headquarter stairwells I've seen this year were both in the corner. Perhaps in 2011 we can put two stairwells in the middle, with restrooms or minibars between them, or heck maybe the lobby can extend all the way up and have a skylight with the stairwell in plain sight. And perhaps elevators.
