Console command help

Hello today i tried to use this console command on a server.
findclientbyname("Name").isadmin = 1
When i did that in the console it said that i could not identinfy findclientbyname. So then that hppened so itried another and it didn't work soooooo yeah io would like some help on that.

findClientByName is a server-sided command. If you were not hosting, you cannot use it.

This is Serversided, Meaning only the host can use it.
Also, you inputed it wrong.
