Blockland will not re download.

I recently downloaded a crap-on and had to re-download, when I downloaded it everything went as it should until the actual install came up. I got an error about 2 seconds in saying "Error opening file for writing. OpenAL" I thought it just a simple error, so i proceeded to download again. This time i was greeted with the same error but a new file with the error, this time it was Blockland.exe that had the problem. I've searched Google, Ask, and almost everything else. You help and or instruction will be greatly appreciated.
