Author Topic: I crash whenever I try to host a server. (Read 1022 times)

The console says I've spawned. But the actual game says otherwise.

Some crazy bullstuff I can't remember. And it says 0x0000000, then It wants me to terminate the program. So I close it, try it again, Crash, Again, Again, and Again.

If I UnInstall Blockland, I can't download it again for some reason. hell, I cant even download a goddamn addon now.

So I'm pretty much forgeted aren't I.

Heres what it says:

The instruction at 0x004bdfd4 referenced memory at 0x00000010. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.

You might have a virus.

Use AVG Free to scan/remove malware.

What operating system do you run?
What Add-Ons, if any, do you have enabled?
When it crashes, get the console.log file in your Blockland folder, upload it to any free hosting website and put the link here.

I pretty much assume its a Bad Addon, Then again, I don't know jack stuff about people, So I can't tell if their add-ons completely suck.

A few files seem to be "un-accessable". If on Vista/(Maybe 7) run the program as Administrator (Right click > Run as Administrator) Also for the same OS, make sure that it is installed into C:/Blockland rather than C:/Program Files/Blockland this is due to read/write privilages of those OS.

Waht is wrong with the Sword Script? how'd you know it's a lower version? i'm curious now

In v9 and above, it would run Add-Ons/Weapon_Sword/server.cs.

Ooh stuff.

I'm in BL V13..But i've seen the console say the sword was renamed to Retrosword, so It wouldn't work.

Well, the console log you posted is from v8 or below. Perhaps you have multiple Blockland installs?

If you do, you probably should get rid of all of them and just have one clean v13 install.
