I had the same problem putting my key on Vista.
Windows Firewall, Defender, and any other supposed "virus protector" from Windows deserves to be deleted.

No you just have a firewall.

no because when I start up BL it says at the bottom  offline mode and when I try to host internet it won't load any maps but I can host LAN

Check firewalls, internet connection, security programs to see if they block Blockland.
