You made your system your way.
I disliked this way, so I attempted to fix this.
Instead of completely breaking your mod by hacking into the files and overwriting everything, I decided to be nice and make it function as a separate Add-On so it'd work with anyone else's hat Add-Ons and be optional.
People in my server asked me to release it, so I did. I guessed that you'd be angry at this so I put it in Drama as a prediction. It was right.

Besides, it would have came to that anyway as you added all the "grant hat" "test hat" whatever commands. My mod basically does the same thing but allows everyone in the server to share the fun of using the content installed on the server instead of having to beg admins for it.

He did not do anything wrong. Honestly. He didn't take your shield and release it, he took the idea you reminded him of and finished what he had already started. So what, just make yours release it and get over it.
