You're both wrong.
If 99=100% and 9=x%, then, upon cross multiplication, x=9.090909 (repeating, so we'll round that to 9.1). Therefore, it is approximately 9.1%.

Now, all math lessons aside, the build isn't bad. But it isn't really great either. A little bit more detail here and there would take this build far.

Everyone was hyped up about MW2, and I was the only one who wasn't tripping balls about it at my school. I finally played it at a friend's house, and realized it was almost exactly like MW1. I told this to everyone at school, and everyone disagreed with me. Overall, CoD is just the average WWII/Modern FPS. The only one I liked was WaW because you could light Japs on fire and make national socialist's explode.

Meh, Hacumi is just fanboying over Modern Warfare two. You're completely right Sarge, infact, funny thing; Once MW2 came out I disconnected my XboX live because I didn't want to deal with the fact that EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY FRIENDS was playing it at the same time. And they would all bother me and talk it about it constantly.

  In modern warfare 2 they have cooler missions, so many more guns, with 4 different sights, and you get to actually drive stuff, like the snow mobiles, jeeps, and the air strike is way cooler, you can actually steer the missile.

I find MW2 to be rather fun. I especially like the campaign. But the guns are overpowered.
