HELP WITH ANIMATIONS!

Ello Blockland i want to start making my models work :)
It gets annoying when you model for an hour and then your model doesn't work.
Here are some pics of my models and what i need help with them.

T-rex

First up is my Ai_trex
Animations wont work, Crashes when spawned.
I DID NOT MAKE THIS

I AM JUST ANIMATING IT

Ghost

My Ai_Ghost
Animations wont work.

Panther

My Ai_Panther
Animations wont work.
I DID NOT MAKE THIS

Super Villain

Animation wont work.

Turret

My Turret
Wont mount vehicles.

Hunting Rifle

My Weapon_Hunting_Rifle
Wont mount Player. Crashes game.

Shotgun

My Weapon_Shotgun
Animations wont work, Wont mount Player.

Crossbow

My Weapon_Crossbow
Animations dont work.

Assassin Knife

My Weapon_Assassin_Knife
Animations dont work. how many times have i put this?

Ballista

My Vehicle_Ballista
Animations dont work. (duh) Wheels wont mount vehicle.

Really? Last time i posted my models i got flamed alot.
But that was when i was useing blender.

Crossbow looks too big.
Knife is just meh, as far as i can see, also panther pic isn't working well anymore.

To be honest, the only good model, IMO is the T-Rex which would be perfect for a low poly dinosaur game.

i havent set the sizes or colored the crosbow

im not the best at modeling  but im better than before :/

I added color to the Crossbow.
I added my Super Villain.
I added hands to Shotgun
