Global Moderators cannot ban.
They have rights to delete posts/topics, move topics/posts, and edit posts (say like in the Help section.)
There may be more I am not aware of.

What happens if they edit a Roblox link into a post of someone who's broken a rule? Would it autoban the moderator, or the person who posted? If the latter, then it would be a way for Ephi (and Rot) to ban any spammers if Badspot wasn't able to take care of it.

I did it differently though; I put up a TDM server, and to get some people in to start it off, I said there were like 14/20 people when there were really 4 or something. Ephi told me the consequences if I continued, so I stopped there.
