Bawww. It fell three feet from my jacket pocket. The corners are banged up and there is a hairline crack in the glass. It still works fine, but :( :( :(.

I'm speaking of iphone/ipod touch. Everyone I know who has dropped them has a quarter of the screen shattered.

My friend dropped his iPhone from five feet

It didn't work after that, despite it falling rather thick on carpet.

That shattered iPod screen is exactly why the case I have for mine has saved it numerous times.

what you do is buy a broken zune off ebay. broken stuff sells dirt cheap
then replace the parts yourself

Yeah, you could drop the Air from not even a foot up and the screen would at least crack if not shatter, not to mention the internal damage.
