Reasonless Kick

i was in disconnected's server playing a city freebuild save i found from the early 11k IDs
and another admin comes in and kicks me for having over 10k bricks, it wasnt really lagging too
so i came back and kicked him
he didnt even spawn too, and his ID was like 16k
