The one thing I hate abut chrome is how you can't click the back button with your middle mouse button to open it into a new window.

It saves to your Downloads folder by default.  You can change that in settings.

The only thing I don't like about the tabs is that they open in a random spot sometimes, instead of right next to the tab you were in.
