When speaking to someone on a public web page (such as this) where your replies are visible to the whole world, if you are not the owner of the site you do not have your freedom of speech. The owner of the site is allowing you to post to that site, and since it is their web page, they may do as they wish with what you have written. After all, it's not your web site.
