I'm gonna reset the voting pole @ 9:30 PM EST because a lot of people seemed to vote before they came to an actual conclusion about this.
This is why you allow vote changing

I can't find it as an option on the "edit poll" thing.

Poll is reset! Please vote based upon your conclusion.

Why did you reset the poll?

You should put a "Some sections" option.
Otherwise I'd vote no.

Lmfao, reset for the 2nd time.

Hurrah!

It seems the new option is in the lead.

I think some of the current sectons should be open for non players, but the rest closed. Help, the AoT ones, the add-on areas (Read only), and General Discussion should be accessable to them. The rest closed off.

What about Lordician? He's even making decals, and junk,

I'm sure we'd be able to grant special accessibility permissions to people who prove themselves as not trolls.

I don't know. I'm waiting for someone with at least a +110 IQ to post their plan for an exclusive forums.

Bit to the rescue!

In my forum, there is a user hierarchy like so:

Nonmember (unregistered): Can only post in Off-Topic and other similar sections
Member: Gets rights to post everywhere except the Admin area (which is admin-only viewable too) and the Big House (back alleys of the forums where Spammers and total handicaps go, more on that in a bit)
Moderator: Gets a few more rights, can post in both the Big House and admin-only areas, and can overall moderate
Admin (me :P): Gets to post everywhere, ban people, do everything, of course.

Spammer, Troll, handicap/other: The can only post in the Back Alleys of the forums. This includes two sections: The big House, where people can talk about how they should be given back normal privileges or whatever, and the Back Alleys, where they can do whatever the hall they want. Topics older than two weeks are deleted, and admins frequently clean up. Of course, I enjoy this part of the administration process a bit more than most.

Honorary member: A member who either doesn't frequent the forums or isn't an admin, but who acts as a sort of lower-level moderator and a member who can post in the Back Alleys and overall help with the administrative process.

I can't get into more detail until I fix my forums, but the main idea behind this is that forumers without an ID can post in Off-Topic and a couple other parts like AoT forums, while Blockland Members can post in a slightly wider range of subjects and sections. Now that I've written that down, though, I'm not sure it would work very well without the addition of more sections.

Also, for Non-ID members, maybe a specific BL question section? I know there will be lots of repeates, but it would help keep the forums a bit cleaner

With my massive IQ of 169, I believe my input is obviously the most valuable of all.

Leave it the way it is. If non-users cannot post, that means less potential customers as many people post here for opinions on buying the game or not, and it almost always ends up with them buying it.

On a side note, if you're QQ'ing trolls, grow up. They're everywhere.

OH forget!!! its Hysterio the Kid hater......  and  he thinks his input is the best!!!! (wtf it is not the best imput)
for proof  that Hysterio is a Kid Hater!!!! here's the link.................   http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=92498.0

I believe that a large amount of players on this forum are just random people and aren't users. I'd say make a section for people who aren't on the game.
