It's only common sense. You have to EARN admin, not just get it right off the bat. You need to show that you are not overpowered, you are a decent person, etc which takes a while. People who go around asking for admin without even knowing anyone on the server either want it for bragging rights or for more power over people.

You'd be perma'd on my server for asking as well.
