Also, it's a GIF.... The red X icon flashes into appearance every second or so, and "Urgent:" jumps a little down to the right every time with it.

Everything that it is and tries to be is the worst I have ever seen.

yes, but he doesnt have the gif. It was probably an swf as most ads are anyway.

It probably wasn't a GIF< but yeah he saw it on a webpage and took a picture of it - possibly though a printscreen.

whatever it's unimportant, basically that is a still frame of a moving image
