Chat command to ban Bl_Id and name?

cause I managed to ban "BL_ID -1" for "" minutes...
Whats the proper format?

If that dosent work try

It's not really made for that command. Your better off using the admin menu or comandtoserver('Ban',"ID","TIME","REASON");

Thar. I missed "Commandtoserver"
I can't use admin menu, cause I wanna ban someone who's not in my server.

If they've previously been there, you can ban them from the Clearbricks thing. I've banned a few kids who thought they could get away with acting like a badass and leave before they spawned. A kid tried to come back on a new name but found himself perma'd.
