I was asking the builder, as the buildings shown here do not look to be 208 studs wide. I once tried building the first two buildings of the WTC complex, but gave up due to apparent lack of detailed blue prints within the public domain.

Antenna isn't used in official 'tallest building in the world' records. I'm not disputing that the antenna added to the total height, I'm just saying that the antenna isn't a part of the height of the building itself.
