You need like an Apache server on your computer which is free to download, I'm not sure on how to do it exactly but like for example when you turn off your computer the website will be down. I however don't do that because I don't really get much traffic on my website so I just keep it hosted on Go daddy so I don't be bothered by possible bandwidth lag, which usually some people have dedicated computers just for their sites.
