yes it is. it is evented so teh brick would fake kill itself allowing you to get the wep

Pretty nice. You've defintely got a good imagination for building.
The structure is pretty nice, and it doesn't look too bad overall.
You do have one heck of an interesting colour scheme going on though. Not that it's a problem. ;D

you need some add-ons first.
heres a list:

jvs doors (all packs)
a bunch of guns...im not exactly sure found out.  gcats firearms
zombie mod
and i think that is it

i think that the ceiling is a perfect hight. it isnt soo low that your hat ornaments stick through the roof yet at the same time you have the necessary space to build.  I will post the save as soon as i have completed my garage. which will be shortly 
also if htere is anythign wrong with the house that you dont like please tell me.  if you see me online and you want to see my house just ask me and ill come to your server and load it there.  otherwise no save till the garage is done.

well i put the guns in because of a minigame zombie "attack" where the zombies were let out of the lab and almost destroyed the whole house :P
