It's a type of parasitic sea animal that sucks the blood of fish. It looks a bit like an eel and it's considered a delicacy. They don't attack humans unless they are starving. After the construction of cbrown towns lampreys invaded the Great Lakes of North America where they are considered a major pest. Consult wikipedia for further information.

only the dream I had was were a tack was stuck in my finger
