The rocket for the soldier seems overpowered

They say they are reducing splash damage, but the original rocket didn't have much splash damage in the first place. 80% faster just seems too much lol.

Anyways, could the soldier also get an update of a knife?

Actually what I am thinking is there will be one weapon that fits either class and the class that wins is the one that gets it. Something like a nade or whatever, I dunno.
