200ish Kb/s usually. but if I start downloading something after a short time they will cap me to 20ish Kb/s.

I hate my ISP provider.
They don't even loving admit they sell in bits while 70 percent of the country thinks its in bytes.

Max I've gotten is 780kilobyte/s, usually it sits at about 600kilobytes/s.
