golden gate looking bridge(unfinished but omost there)

i haven't played forever so i decided to build a bridge sort-of based off a game called "black" one the last missions and you have to go under the bridge and fight on the little walkways and then you go on to the surface and fight people then go back below because its blocked by buses and cars and barriers. pretty fun/hard so I'm working on a bridge like that. in the game its like 5towers mine is only 3 lol. OK now pics, pics are proof i made this, not ace or whoever made the golden gate bridge







the towers were duplicated i plan on adding more to middle tower and re designing the cables BC i miss calculated and made it to short for them.

you all can rate and all that good stuff i guess.

thanks, building the towers took a wile lol. just going to put in some more info, the cables are done but the parts connecting to the bridge are not, took 2hrs to fix them right bc i kept messing up which annoyed the hell out of me. i also added the part of the road to it and put in the walk way for people to walk across, put in a cent barricade and started on the walkways below it which are turning out pretty hard to do bc i keep falling, glad its not a long fall unlike the cables. i plan to make cables where you can walk on them to get to the top. but one fall from halfway to the top and your dead. i plan to make starting place a semi looking thing on opposite sides of the bridge.also had to look at colors of red for it, used dark red so its not so bright your blinded by looking around. it looks a lot better then the bright red i think

nope, its taller and a little longer i think, mine needs like 2more arches...also base is really tall.

Personally I think its a waste of time to build since its already been built before so...yea, but if you really think you want to good for you I hope it looks good.

i wasn't aiming for anything like the golden gate bridge,just a bridge similar to it, then i relised how much i like building these bridges and now have a omost complete train bridge thats similart to this but is way way taller and looks really cool because i didn't make it boxy but kinda circular. i will also turn it into a map for zombies or ai's

the tall support tower looking thingys are all wrong, its two tall thin towers on each side with big beams evenly spread apart form middle to top, like this:



See the design, but anyway, if you were to fix that, this would almost be as good as the default golden gate bridge.

i see what you mean but i like how i'm doing it, and thats a differnt type of bridge.  what i noticed i did do wrong was make it one to small, 2 the arches are way to fat and 3 my train one is a lot better and longer. i'ma take pics of train one...





have to say i like this one a lot better, every time it arches it gets a little smaller

bump for a new picture, i redesigned part of the bridge, i plan on making the full support system but its right now the base of it.

you can also pass through the support columns and will be able to go from one side to the other.
