I've tried to buy TF2 with two different credit cards, and it declines both. I'm pretty damn sure the address is correct, letter for letter, but it won't accept them.
Any help?

Paypal.
When I try Paypal, it says "your credit card company has declined your card" or something like that. Yes, it uses the words "credit card".

Then dont use credit cards, use Prepaid Visa

Then dont use credit cards, use Prepaid Visa
Tried that too. "declined credit card"

Tried that too. "declined credit card"

A credit card =/= a prepaid card

Expiration dates?
Sometimes pages decline them if they are close to expiring too.
Make sure you also use cardholder's name.

It still doesn't work. -.-

Ugh, you're handicapped.

1. Get paypal account.
2. Go to CVS and buy a Prepaid Credit card
3. Link the card and a bank account to the paypal.
4. Buy Game
5. ???
6. Profit!

Cardholder's name is correct, and the cards expire in 2012 and 2013

I'll try.

Security number is correct?

if it was a debit/visa from your bank, your bank could be blocking it.
banks are jerks like that with online shopping sometimes. they think they are being helpful by protecting you from fraud.
call them and yell at them to fix it

Nope, I got it as a gift.
My dad's credit card doesn't work either (or his Paypal), so I'm thinking it has to do with the Steam servers...

You think their payment system would ever be nonfunctional? Haha.
