Do not use Wings, or Sketchup. or Milkshape. They are not powerful enough to make decent add-ons. It'd probably look like stuff if you exported it. Blender seems complicated, but it gets quite easy once you figure it out

I don't agree with this. Unless you've got the means to pay big bucks for a higher level program .. milkshape, blender and sketchup are the way to go (Haven't used wings, so I can't comment on that). As for add-on quality, it more depends on the persons ability rather then the programs.

I bet you haven't used milkshape or wings a day in your life.
Considering your level of modeling. You can't take advantage of the more advanced features of blender anyways.

Milkshape and Wings3D are just fine for blockland add-on creations.

How ever, sketchup is horrible.
I used to use it, and it's exporter is stuffty and creates a lot of unnecessary polys.

WINGS3D seems like the  i make, but it can make pretty good stuff :( Sketchup, if somebody can make it work i would go back to it, now, nono D:
