For Blockland it's in RRGGBB, or RRGGBBSS. I'd stick with the 6 digit.

I tried making a button do a chat message in blue with <color:#0000FF> but it came out either black or very dark red, i forget, but it wasn't blue :(

Take out the #.

You don't need to use a #

#'s can be used to substitute F's.

Also, don't use 0000FF for Blue, it's too dark and difficult to read.

Use 3060FF or 00FFFF

I find 0000FF hard to read at times. I normally use 3060FF.

I rarely use the straight forward 'FF' colors unless it's white.

Difference of 6 red, 6 green, and 6 blue, which is very little.
