I only watch newsline.

It's either BBC 1 News or ITV1 News

ITV - The West Country Tonight

Panda runs local public service announcements and ads, but it's basically just a looping PowerPoint presentation.
NY1 and Fox 5 in the mornings, although they're for NYC, not the Hudson Valley. They have a news ticker with local school cancellations and delays though.
WAMC on the radio. It's based in Albany but it's got regional and local news.
