No, that was grease
Ive been in puberty for years now. Only had a few spots and practically no grease on my face. Ever. You need to wash more

I never have grease on my face, nor do I have many spots on it. I have around 2-3 spots on my face, and they are incredibly hard to see.

The only "Spots" Ive been finding are the brown marks
But only a few have appeared :o
