I did that, but I'm allergic to coconuts, and am all swelled up. I traded health for a sword that I apparently can't use, because I traded my weight equipment for a coconut.

Just so you know, this part of the story is a point of no return; from this point on you can only get the Chaotic Neutral ending. Anyway, you have to dig under the roots of the palm tree.

Use Annelle's pendant. It cures all negative status conditions.

I used that to hypnotize the cat, so I could ride it. I then dubbed it useless, and threw it out.
