Author Topic: Blockland's Growing Population  (Read 1954 times)

Badspot currently makes around forty to fifty thousand dollars a year solely off of being an indie developer for Blockland. I think that hes going to keep selling and working on Blockland until he stops making a profit worth all of the effort. I am really wondering what hes going to work on next ;o
Are you factoring in $9 dollars a key or $20?

He makes truthfully around $9 dollars a key...

I almost got the charts working...

Really, worrying about this is like worrying about the sun dying.

Oh, yea I need to do that. I guess that he makes about 20 thousand dollar a year, still pretty good for an indie dev :3

Oooh, possible chainban.
Well, you have to understand the image.

Well, you have to understand the image.
I laughed really hard.

That wasn't a yes or no question.
I meant "No", as in that won't happen.

"Everyone bought it and there are no more customers!" because TF2 still makes money and way more people have it than us.

What I meant was more like "Tons of people that bought keys long ago are still playing and hardly any people stop playing blockland!  Gee, there are so many active players now and more coming every day! "

So, what I was thinking was if there will ever be a point in which supporting the increasing number of blockland players as well as old players will ever become more expensive than profit from newcomers.

I would be willing to pay $3-$5 a month.  Look at Runescape, many more players and some of them don't even pay.  (Free Players)  They are also a team of people.

I meant "No", as in that won't happen.
"What if"s aren't supposed to actually happen.

2012 is closer then you think.

We won't have to worry about it for billions of years.

I say "I don't care, I won't be alive."
