Author Topic: Sick of these killer half-hour nose bleeds (Read 2722 times)

So as I was in the shower a little while ago washing my face, I noticed there was blood on my hands. I washed it off and tried to see where it was coming from. Sure enough, it was my nose. Again. The shower lasted 5 minutes and I got out of it about 20 minutes ago. The nose bleed only just stopped a few moments ago.

20 minutes
+5 minutes
25 minutes

Anyone have any good tips on how to prevent/stop nose bleeds?

I've never had a nose bleed. Do they just.... come?

I've tried that many times, it doesn't work. Besides, they say you're not supposed to do that, and rather just let the blood flow.

I only get nosebleeds when the humidity is low or non-existent. I'm glad I bought a humidifier because I am tired of waking up with a numb mouth and cracked lips only to get strep later. :/
