Author Topic: Bitch just tried to spam me  (Read 2124 times)

Some starfish just attempted to launch a DoS on my network. Luckily I have McAfee and it recognized the attack instantly, blocking it. McAfee also auto-traced the IP it came from and displayed it for me to copy down. It's now sitting on my desk, waiting to be turned in to the police. Hopefully it's not dynamic.

I hate McAfee. It's constantly trying to scan me for viruses, and update to make my computer safer.

Sane here, but the OP is the only reason I like it.

Wow, right as I clicked reply, a new post was made. Anyways, once, I was just randomly searching on Bing (I am NOT advertising this) and you know what McAfee did? It disconnected me from the internet. Wtf was up with that, it took a (whoa, dejavu) while, but we finally fixed it. (obviously) Whoa, three new replies...

I'm glad your're not crazy yet.
If you're going to correct grammar, try harder to keep yours right.

Don't think you're 100% safe just yet.

Yeah, I either:

a. Won't bother.
b. Won't have time.
c. Will forget.

Or a combination of the three.

Do you really think they are going to go out of their way to (attempt) find some guy living in a third world country hacking computers?

EDIT: Thats if you had the time to do it.

Yeah, I know, it was more of a joke. I'm not gonna bother, but I wrote it down anyway, just in case. >:D
