Try to recognize that we all have different skill levels in this game.  There is no need to criticize someone else's build simply because it's not the best build out there.

I don't see the need for a 'sample build'.
I started with cubes (like most people) but learned from the default saves and other people's builds by copying their style slightly and adapting it.
If you want to make a sample house, it should maybe include rooms with all the different styles and things that people appreciate, not white and quick
