So my mom comes in to the living room and says, "I was looking at the internet history and saw some inappropriate websites..."
*Ahem*
I was in 9th grade History class, and we had this starfish of a substitute. He was really strict, and if you said anything at all out of line he lashed out at you. My friend and I always drew comics in class (the class was basically "come to class, sit down, open your books and take notes on this section) so I drew one about the substitute. It essentially depicted him as the devil saying "Hello I will be your Satan for today", then as Riddler saying "I mean I will be your national socialist today" and some other third thing I don't remember (though it was something bad about him, for sure). I saw the sub coming down our row so I tried to bend over my paper and look like I was note-taking. I took a quick look to see if he had gone back (I had my eyes locked onto my paper for dear life)...and almost rubbed my eyeballs against the sub's leg. Inside, I flipped the forget out. He grabbed onto the notebook, to which I replied several stupid and desperate things such as "I need that" and "Please don't", so he ripped the sheet out and took it back to his desk. I think I managed a "I'm sorry" in there somewhere, and I'm almost certain it was high-pitched and pretty pitiful sounding. I honestly sat in one place, staring off into space for 10 minutes. My insides were icy. I couldn't move. When class was dismissed, all I could think about is what the teacher would do the next day.
The entire next day, I thought up things he would say to me. It didn't help it was my last class of the day, either. See, I'm one of those kids who does their best to not get in trouble. This was the first time I had done something bad to this extent and gotten caught for it.
Turns out he wasn't too mad after all. In fact, while thinking about how he confronted me ("I think this is something someone much younger than you would do, let's not do it again, alright?") and the way he said it (smiling) I think he might have thought it was funny. The whole thing still scared me stuffless.
tl;dr - I drew an offending comic about a substitute, flipped out wondering what would happen to me, everything turned out okay
