Infected....again

Yet my computer was slowing down latley then this window pops up that I have a ~Blaster~ virus which slows the computer down alot. I now have Norton and Maulware protection running. Will people get infected if I open my server? (non-passworded)

I use Avast! antivirus.  It's pretty good.

It removes everything, when i had norton and when i had avast, it didn't even detect the virus. When AVG detects a virus, a window opens, saying you've got a virus, what it is, where it came from, and an option (lol?) to remove it, I had 3 Trojan Horses, but AVG got rid of them :)
