Whining about how faulty and socially inept the forum users are won't change anything, in fact, it's likely that the only thing that will change all the user's behaviour to some extent is changing the rules and why people are banned. There is no flaming death spiral, it's always been like this, the idiots believe they can get away with being friends, and they do for a while until Badspot waves goodbye to them. This is the internet, and until the internet secret police exist, people will continue to believe they can get away with anything.
