Port fowards are un-forwardy and what not.

This is kinda idiotic..
But.. Here is the deal.
I for some reason.. Cannot for shizzle Forward my Ports and get them to work correctly.
Im using a
Linksys BEFSR41v3 Router.
I have forwarded for my current Ip
Like so
APP   START   END   PROTO   IP   ENABLED
BL    28000   28000  Both    XXX    (Checkmarked)

It could be
Windows Firewall
or
McAfee Firewall

Im pretty clueless..
R COOKIES FOR HELP and what not.
Im just tired of terrible servers back and forth..
And I'd pefer to host one that doesn't have admin abuse.

Make sure Blockland is allowed through both firewalls and your IP address hasn't changed since you forwarded the port.

Well for allowing it, I think I did for Windows firewall but.. Mcafee doesn't have allows from what I can see?
I turned them both off and my port was still close according to the port checker.
My Ip has been pretty much the same since I got this computer a month ago.
My old computer used the same crap from what I have seen and Port forwarded correctly.. Im thinking its my computer creating problems and not the router.
If there is anything else you need to know, I got time to post.
