Building Rights...

I just downloded the building rights, and i have no idea how to give it out! Its not on RTB anymore so i cant look back at the disc. to see how!! plz help noone can build on my servers!!

It probably uses RTB prefferences.  Download the RTB add-on, and set a keybind to RTB prefferences.

i did, but theres nothing there. something that might help:

if i dowload it from there, in my addons file i have to put Vehicle_  Weapon_ or Content_ and im not sure what to put in for this mod. Is it a script or a server-sided client or what?

i did, and i trid /BuildingRights (soandso) and /giveBuildingRights (soandso) so i dont thing thats what it is...
