I don't see what you're trying to accomplish here that couldn't already be done with RTB.

I'm trying to get people to post replacements for ui's and other stuff so we have different layouts and styles for blockland. Really nothing is accomplished but it is kinda like a community project.

I think that's right, only the community knows about RTB (Changing to BTB soon).

That's called "RTB". They are all community add-ons by community members, in a system developed by community members.
