How to join a game?

Can't join a game! It keeps sending challenge requests and then says request timed? what does that mean? I just got my membership today and am new to this sort of thing so any help would be apreciated.

The reason why it does this is because either the server is down or crashed. You just can't see it.

Keep trying to connect if the server is up.

Yeah. If it's greyed out it means it's dead.

Orange=Passworded
Blue=Full
Black=Open
