Honestly, little kids on xbox live isn't a huge problem. The teenagers that constantly talk stuff are, really, I can't get into a single match without two 15 year olds yelling at each other about stupid stuff.

The worst are the pre-teens who try to look cool. Two little stuffs and their girlfriend were going at me when I was playing Halo, claiming my deep voice was due to the fact that I'm 40 and I'm a creep.

I barely use a microphone on Xbox Live. When I do, I'll usually do it in party chat or a match where the settings would be like "friends only".
