Ok, I'll be fighting zombies, or doing something with other AI's, and it will work fine. Then, when my brother joins, the AI's re-spawn and stop working, for. Even after he leaves they don't work, I have to restart the server so that they start working again.

Any way that this can be fixed?

But are there any known add-ons that conflict with the zombie mod?

Make sure you enable to use other player's bricks.
You both share the same BL_ID in LAN (BL_ID 999999), so turning that on would solve the problem.

Does your brother have the AI addons you have...
My LAN did this and I solved it by giving my brother all of the AI files I had.
