Author Topic: Why do people install their Blockland in C:Program files?  (Read 1768 times)

Use my games folder in C: program files (x86)

My computer has 2 built in hard drives, so my blockland is in D:/Blockland

I keep mine in my 'user' file because Vista is over protective to Program Files.

XP for the win!

I keep mine in both my C drive and a flash drive. It allows me to play BL in school.

not everybodys does C:program files i did F:program files  :cookieMonster:

Because doing so on Windows XP doesn't screw anything up and banish your screenshots to the very depths of computer hell.

Welcom to ANDROID HELLLLLLL... (BLARHGHLAGHL)

DHBM anyone?

How does this happen? If you can eplain how things randomly vanish I will be pleased to move My BL Folder there,it will hopefully fix the gui music problem.

Vista doesn't let Blockland save things (mainly screenshots, probably server-downloaded add-ons too) directly into the Program Files folder, so it puts them in some god-forsaken place in your computer in a folder called "Virtual Store".

I have my Blockland in a folder in my desktop.

If I did that with every game I owned, there would be 40+ files on my desktop. (And they wouldn't even work since almost all of them are steam games)

C:\Important\Blocklands\Blockland

I use one folder to put all of my important things in. (Music, Pictures, Games(non steam), etc.)

In the Blocklands folder I have the installers for v8+ and all of my older versions.
