So if you are in the site and it is slowing down it is becuase of that ~Blaster~ virus has infected the system. Norton or any kind of anti-virus cant detect this virus but it is removable.

1. The Blaster worm works by exploiting a vulnerability in the RPC service.  This vulnerability was patched years ago.  If you have run windows update within the last 5 years you are fine.
