Virus, dunno how to get rid of it

Topic title's kind of straight to the point. It keeps playing random sound clips from ads and TV shows and giving me these fake virus alerts. Any idea what I could do to stop it? I'm running a virus scan right now, but I dunno if that'll work. Oh, and it keeps trying to install this fake Malware thing and throwing fake urls on my desktop.
